Floor Plans

Choose from our well‑maintained 1, 2, and 3‑bedroom manufactured homes for rent, or bring your own home and settle into one of our available lots in this friendly, established neighborhood.

An application fee is $25.00 per adult for either a renter or a homeowner is required at time of application. 
A $125 Admin fee is due at move in. (Homeowners do not pay the admin fee.)
Homeowners are responsible to pay their own gas and electric plus cable or dish/phone/internet.
Residents must pay a non-refundable RUBS billing fee of $4.08 per month, in addition to the resident’s portion of the property’s utilities for which resident is responsible.
Pets are allowed at Rambush Estates.
Homeowners: $4/month/dog
Renters: $200 pet deposit and $200 non-refundable fee are required. There is also a $40/month/dog or $25/month/cat.
